Booking tickets is simple! Just follow these steps:
- Select your city
- Choose the movie you want to watch
- Select the venue, date, and time
- Choose your preferred seats
- Select payment method and complete your transaction
You'll receive your ticket confirmation via email and SMS.
Cancellation and refund policies vary based on the cinema chain and event organizer. In general:
- Movie tickets are non-cancellable in most cases
- Some event tickets can be cancelled up to 24-48 hours before the event
- If a show is cancelled by the venue or organizer, you'll automatically receive a refund
Check the cancellation policy on the booking page for specific details.
To apply a promo code:
- Proceed to checkout after selecting your tickets
- Look for the "Apply Promo Code" or "Have a coupon?" section
- Enter your code and click "Apply"
- The discount will be automatically applied to your total
Make sure to check the terms and validity of your promo code before booking.
After successful payment, you'll receive your tickets in multiple ways:
- E-tickets sent to your registered email address
- M-tickets on your BookMyShow app
- SMS confirmation with booking details
Simply show the QR code or booking ID at the venue for entry. No need to print tickets!
